Throughout the 12-weeks you will be going through a few different training phases in order to maximise your results. Hypertrophy weeks, strength weeks, de-load weeks. Every single exercise in this program is designed for progressive-overload so that is isn't a single week that you don't grow!
CUSTOM MEAL PLAN
Your diet is 70-80% of your results, so expect the BEST possible meal plan.
Every meal plan is completely custom for each client and their goals.
Through the FKNMSV macro split, I guarantee that you will build muscle whilst minimising fat gain.
You will receive a 2-option meal plan so that you don't have to eat the same thing every day.
Just like the training plan, your meal plan is programmed towards progressive overload. Which means every week calories will be increased in order to consistently build muscle.
ONLINE TRAINING
Through the online training you will learn how to write your own meal plans & training plans. You will learn the worlds best mindset & time management strategies and you will learn how to program your mind for success in all areas of your life.
